Cancellation Policy
At Bespoke Auto Elite, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask all clients to review our cancellation terms:
- Notice Period – Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service.
- No-Shows – If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, a 50% service charge may be applied before future bookings can be confirmed.
- Weather & Mobile Service – For mobile detailing, appointments may be rescheduled by either party in cases of extreme weather or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply.
- Deposits (if applicable) – Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation is made with adequate notice.

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We operate strictly by appointment to ensure each vehicle receives the full time and attention it deserves. This approach allows us to deliver the highest standard of service without compromise. Walk-ins are not available, but scheduling is simple — you can book online or contact us directly to secure your appointment. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Do you need access to water or power for mobile detailing?
No, our mobile service is fully self-sufficient. We arrive equipped with professional-grade water tanks, power supplies, and all necessary tools to complete your detail on-site. All we require is safe and adequate space to work around your vehicle.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept multiple payment options including cash, debit, all major credit cards, and e-transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Deposits paid at the time of booking are applied toward the final balance.
What happens if it rains during a mobile appointment?
Weather is an important factor in mobile detailing. If conditions such as rain or storms prevent us from safely or effectively completing your service, we will promptly contact you to reschedule. If you have access to a covered or indoor space (such as a garage), we may still be able to perform the appointment as planned.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your detailing service 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during high-demand seasons. However, we also offer limited availability for appointments within 48 hours, subject to scheduling and location. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit.
